Duncan Home Inspections is a native local Kansas City inspection company. My goal as an inspector would be to give you the best overall snapshot on the health of your home in a clear and concise way that “just makes sense”. I also want to leave you with information that will be helpful in the future for you to maintain your home and prevent damage and system breakdowns that will prolong the life of all your major components. I have been trained and certified as a home inspector, licensed as a Missouri realtor for 17 years and hold numerous other licenses and engineering certifications.
